It is Hathaway Dinwiddie’s expectation that every trade and/or subcontractor will make every effort to maximize the opportunity to engage certified MBE/WBE/DVBE/SBEs towards the outlined requirements. A mandatory Diverse Business Enterprise Form is available to download below. This form must be completed and submitted with your Bid Proposal. Failure to provide a completed Diverse Business Enterprise Form, and/or to facilitate the inclusion of referenced MBE/WBE/DVBE/ SBEs may result in your proposal being considered non-responsive. In addition to above diversity requirements, the Lucas Museum construction project includes a 30% Continuity of Work Agreement towards Local Worker Hire goal, with at least 10% Local Disadvantaged Worker goal. All subcontractors will be required to provide weekly payroll reports on LCP Tracker. Business Enterprises will be monitored using the B2G Now portal to comprehensively streamline the transparency of SWMDVBE utilization.
